Please have your child refrain from bringing valuable articles to school such as walkmans, video games, model airplanes, etc. unless used as a hands-on demonstration approved by the supervising teacher. Electronic equipment, including laser pointers, is not allowed on school campuses. Anything of monetary or sentimental value should be left at home

Parents are required to attend Parent-Teacher Meeting held in the School after each terminal exam to discuss their ward's progress. Due notice is sent to parents about these meetings and they are expected to attend them and meet all the teachers teaching their ward. Failure of the parents to meet the teachers during the compulsory

A host of activities are conducted on and off the schooling in the field of art, science and literature. All the national festivals are celebrated with fervour and gaiety. Other activities which are conducted by the school are crafts, dance, singing, instrumental music, debating, dramatics, sports and games, yoga, symposium, poetry and shloke recitation etc.

Those with special interests become active members of specific club or house. The Debating club, The Historical Club, the music club, The Scientific club, The Nature Club, to name a few.

JNPS pioneered the idea of an elected School Council consisting of students and teachers . The School Council is a key administrative body that debates various issues concerning the daily lives of the students. An early initiation into the decision-making process indeed!
